Clarity
is the self-knowledge and confidence to articulate clearly what
you want to yourself and others both in your professional and
personal life. We'll work together to help you attain clarity
and confidence about yourself.
Susan came to clearly understand
that though, she had always been interested in psychology, her

Perspective
is having a relevant framework to make realistic changes that
fit into your life. I will suggest unique, pertinent and common
sense perspectives to help motivate you to make the changes you
want in your life.
Tom was blocked from making
a change in his career by thinking he would have to totally
start over. He re-framed his thinking by creating a plan of
interim steps. First, he could get some experience in a new
industry using many of his old skills. Second, at the same time,
he could develop some newer skills through a focused training
program.

Direction
is being clear about your goals, both short term and long term;
and knowing the purpose for each decision you make about your
worklife. I will support you through the process of determining
a direction and the strategies for reaching your goal.
Sharon was unhappy in her
current environment, but wasn't ready yet to make a career change.
She made a decision to stay in her field, but move to another
company for the short term. This allowed her to focus on her
